"As You Like It Productions took an awesome victory pass photo of my Half Arabian Palomino mare named Imps Sugar Memory with Pat Eldridge riding her, at the Spring Fling Arabian Horse Show in Northampton, MA.  I see that all of your photos are copyrighted and would like to get some information from you because I am interested in using this picture for marketing purposes and news stories, i.e., in my local newspaper, The Yankee Pedlar and/or Arabian horse magazines, to promote my horse, as well as my business and Pat’s.  I understand copyright, as I have written lyrics/songs in the past and made sure I copyrighted them!
